Welcome to The Honest Loaf! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

🍰 Made-to-Order Products

All of our baked goods are made fresh to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving it. We may offer to remake your item at no charge depending on the situation.

🧁 Ordering & Payment

All orders must be placed in advance and paid in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, and full payment will be refunded if that occurs.

📍 Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is by appointment only. Delivery is available within [insert delivery area] for an additional fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available during the agreed delivery time. Missed pickups or deliveries may not be eligible for refund or remake.

📸 Photos & Marketing

We may photograph our baked goods for promotional purposes. We will never share personal customer information without your consent, but by placing an order, you agree that photos of your order may be used on our social media or marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat. Please notify us of any allergies before placing your order. While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
