Pick up / Delivery Policy

At The Honest Loaf, we offer both local pickup and delivery to make getting your fresh-baked treats as easy as pie!

📍 Pickup

Pickup is available by appointment only. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time. Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure your order is as fresh as possible.

If you're running late or need to reschedule, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you when we can! Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the agreed time may not be eligible for remake or refund.

🚗 Local Delivery

Delivery is available for an additional fee. You’ll receive a delivery time window once your order is confirmed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is home and no prior arrangements have been made, the delivery will be left at your door if deemed safe, or you’ll be contacted to reschedule (a redelivery fee may apply).

We are not responsible for orders that are damaged or spoiled due to missed pickups, late pickups, or unattended deliveries.
